APPLICATION
The Frontier II Board is intended for light to moderate duty use on residential
pools. There are no unusual climatic restrictions for this board's use.
STANDARD FEATURES
The Frontier II Board has a durable acrylic outer body (skin), a non-slip,
sanded tread and is pre-drilled with three holes (refer to Board Selection
Chart) for ease in installation. The board features hand-laid fiberglass and
resin roving over a solid laminated wood runner acting as the board's skeletal
frame. The Frontier II Board is both stylish and durable and will provide many
years of fun and safety on residential pools. The unit is available in (nominal)
lengths of 6-feet (1.83m) and 8-feet (2.44m). Refer to Board Selection Chart for
actual board dimensions.
DESIGNER SERIES
As an added cost option, the Frontier II Board is available with Radiant White
sanded tread in the current Designer Series colors of Sapphire Blue,
Mediterranean Green, Strawberry Coral, Midnight Eclipse, Shaded Dusk and Aged
Ivory. As a further added cost option, each of the Designer Series models is
available with a matching sanded tread rather than the standard Radiant White
sanded tread.
- ALL BOARDS have laminated Douglas fir cores.
- ALL BOARDS have acrylic skin - Durable, colorfast surface with embossed
texture resists marring. Standard in 6', 8', 10' and 12' lengths.
- ALL BOARDS have non-slip surface - The same sanded surface is used on all
of our boards.
SPECIAL NOTE:
Diving boards (including spring boards, jump boards and starting platforms)
shall be installed only on pools meeting or exceeding minimum requirements for
the various pool types as outlined in the current edition of ANSI/NSPI-1 (for
public pools), ANSI/NSPI-5 (for residential pools.). In addition, all
installations must meet or exceed applicable local codes in accordance with
S.R.SMITH written instructions. |
