Algaecides
Algae growth is common when your pool has poor circulation
and when the disinfectant level, or algaecide content,
in the water is low or neglected. Proper filtration
(we recommend running filter at least 8-10 hours
a day) and regular use of algaecide will keep your
pool free of algae. We offer only the most concentrated
algaecides to fight all strains of green, yellow,
black, and mustard algae. Not only do they kill
existing algae, but they will also prevent the formation
of those tough, resistant algae. |

AND SUN 60®.
Poly 60 is our premium quality, non-metallic,
non-foaming, pH neutral algaestat and algaecide. It is
very stable and highly effective for controlling a broad
spectrum of algae and can be used all season as well as
for winterizing. Especially effective against black,
green, mustard and red algae. Initial: 11 - 17 oz. per
10,000 gallons. Maintenance: 2 - 4 oz. per 10,000
gallons every 5 - 7 days.

Poly 30 is a non-metallic,
non-foaming algaecide for preventing and eliminating
mustard, black, green, red and other algae species. It can be used
all season and is excellent for winterizing. Poly 30 is
effective over a broad pH range and can be used for
swimming pools, spas, whirlpools, hot tubs and
decorative fountains.

ALGAESTROY
Our
chemicals are comparable to most other brands such as
GUARDEX®, BIOGARD®, PACE®
Our most economical and professional grade algaestat
(prevents) and algaecide (kills). Algaestroy is a 50%
active quaternary type. It is highly effective for
controlling slimy green algae. A great product when used
for winterizing. 5 times normal strength, it is our most
economical liquid, non-mettallic, long lasting, pH
neutral and applied directly to the pool. Initial dose
should be around 6 oz. per 10,000 gallons of water. For
maintenance purposes use about 1.5 oz. per 10,000
gallons. Recommended for all swimming pools.
